This template design is a nice and clean CSS template set. It uses a simple to customize header and footer system, for maximum ease of editing the design with your links etc, to give it that personal feel for your site. Very simple to use, and you can easily put your own logo into the left frame section. Also has quite a nice feature in the footer, where the 5 latest reviews/links. There is also a nice space for a google skyscraper on the top-section.

It also has a couple of extra functions setup, which require the ULTRAGlobals plugin (free), such as the "new images", etc. For only $60 - thats a real bargain (a normal custom template set, would cost somewhere in the region of $175-$300 upwards, and thats just for a basic one =))
