This plugin helps get people "chatting" to each other on social forums. Similar to the way you can "wink" people on facebook/Bebo/other social networking sites. You can view winks from a central page (requires you to be logged in, obviously). You can also select how people are notified of their new "wink" (via email, pm - or both)

Features
- Users can send a "wink" to anyone on your forum.
- Admin can decide if a PM is sent, to let people know they have a wink.
- Admin can decide if a Email is sent, to let people know they have a wink.
- Users can view their wink "list" at: gforum.cgi?do=wink&func=view_winks
- On the "wink list", you have a "new" and "seen" section, so any new winks are easily identified.
- Users can only "wink" at someone once, to stop people abusing the system.
- Users can't wink themselves ;)
- Users can turn on/off the option of receiving winks.
