A very simple plugin. Basically, you click on a link in the admin panel, and it will show you a list of the categories that don't have any links in. Great for finding categories to concentrate on adding links into; or even to work out which categories you should delete. Even has the option of setting a 'minimum' amount of links that much be present, before it will show it as an 'empty cat'. i.e you set to 3, and it will find all categories with 3 or less links in.
